Heather Kasper
COACH KASPER: HEAD VARSITY SOCCER COACH
Coach Kasper is from New York, has played soccer her entire life, and has been coaching for 10 years. She committed to play D1 at UCONN her sophomore year of high school, and after playing there, she finished up her college soccer career at NYIT, where she obtained her bachelor's in psychology. After moving to Georgia, she started her coaching career at Roswell High School. This led her to pursue her Master's in teaching at GSU, in order to run soccer programs and teach.
Coach Kasper landed a job at Alpharetta High School, where she filled multiple roles: Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, Head Varsity Women's Soccer Coach, Head JV Boys Soccer Coach, Assistant Varsity Boys Soccer Coach, Assistant Flag Football Coach, and Head Flag Football Coach. She had a big impact on helping the soccer programs achieve a State Title and several seasons of playoff runs. She also coached several different age groups at the Rosell Santos soccer club and obtained her National F and E soccer licenses. Last year, she was the varsity assistant boys' soccer coach at Apalachee, where she helped the boys and her students get through a very challenging year.
"I am beyond blessed to have been offered the Head Boys Soccer Position at Berkmar High and am looking forward to building up the program, relationships with my players, and helping the boys to be the best versions of themselves on and off the pitch."
